Returns/Cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 15% open box fee in addition to the 25% restocking fee (totaling 40%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
   1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
   2. Products sold "as is" or "used" or that have been installed or used after receipt.
   3. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
   4. Illumination devices, electronic sights, optics and night vision equipment.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before USPS will initiate a trace. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.

Used Firearms

The seller provides all descriptions for used items. All descriptions for used items are honest and based on actual items being offered for sale. Items being sold in this manner will be marked as such. All sales on used items are final. Photos will be provided when available. All machine guns are considered used unless otherwise noted.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

Consumer Data Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.

Secure Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that $dealerName will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

Ammunition Purchases

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*

Firearms Transfer

Firearm Shipments

We ship only to valid FFL dealers.

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearm transfers. Contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms. Contact your local FFL before ordering a firearm to verify their transfer fee and to ensure they will receive your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal or failure to receive.

If you order a handgun, stockless shotgun, or stripped lower receiver, YOU MUST be:

A legal resident of the state in which you are ordering.
21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
Please follow all directions prompted to you at checkout. This will ensure speedier delivery. Please note that the FFL selection on our website is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily mean that Echo 6 Weapons has the FFL selected on file. The customer may be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use. If a customer wishes to change the FFL they want to use after the order has shipped, they will be additionally charged for the cost of shipping. If a FFL is not available at the time of delivery, the package will not be held at the carrier hub and will be returned to Echo 6 Weapons. Additional shipping charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.

Shipping Restrictions

Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of California.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of Connecticut.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of New York.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY AR or AK Parts or Firearms (Including Receivers) to Connecticut, Chicago, Illinois, Cook County, Illinois, or Deerfield, Illinois.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY AR or AK Firearms (Including Receivers) to Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, or Cook County, Illinois.
Lower receivers will NOT be shipped to the following states:
Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
Non-Compliant AR & AK models will NOT be shipped to the following states:
Colorado (Boulder, Denver, Vail)
Please note that Echo 6 Weapons DOES NOT ship high-capacity magazines with firearms to the states listed above. We WILL NOT replace high capacity magazines with state compliant magazines. We DO NOT offer refunds in place of the magazines.



P.O. Box Shipments/Restrictions

Firearms cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box.

Echo 6 Weapons abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
Flammable Solids — Black Powder
Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans
If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

Magazine Ordering Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility for understanding state laws regarding magazine capacities. Customers ordering magazines that are illegal to own in their state will have their orders cancelled and will be charged a 5% restocking fee.

Hawaii — No magazines greater than 10 rounds
Illinois (North Chicago) — No rifle magazines greater than 16 rounds
Aurora, Skokie, Chicago, Evanston — No rifle magazines greater than 15 rounds
Highland Park, Cook County, Dolton, Homewood, Deerfield — No rifle magazines greater than 10 rounds
Deerfield — No shotgun magazines over 5 rounds
Indiana (South Bend) — No magazines greater than 15 rounds
Maryland — No Sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to Maryland
Massachusetts — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts.
New York — No Sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to New York

Vermont — No rifle magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped as of April 13, 2018. No pistol magazines over 15 rounds effective immediately.
Washington D.C. — No Sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia.
Echo 6 Weapons will not ship high capacity magazines for CA customers to a High Capacity Magazine Dealer. High Capacity Magazine Dealers in CA may place orders with Echo 6 Weapons directly.

MAGAZINE RESTRICTION EXCEPTIONS

Law enforcement officers must provide both their credentials and a letterhead signed by their department's superior officer stating that the magazine will either be used in the execution of the L.E.O.'s duties, or off duty. Echo 6 Weapons only recognizes City Police Officers, County Sheriff Deputies, and State Police (including Highway Patrol) as L.E.O.’s.
Some of the states listed above may not have L.E.O. exemptions. Please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
Ammunition Ordering Restrictions

Echo 6 Weapons abides by all state regulations regarding the sale of ammunition.

You agree and accept all policies described in our Terms of Use.
You are at least 21 years of age (for handgun ammunition) or 18 years of age (for rifle ammunition).
By purchasing ammunition, you are not violating any local, state, or federal laws.
You have not been convicted of any felony, a misdemeanor of domestic abuse, and you are not chemically dependent.
You have no legal restraint that would prohibit you from possessing, ordering, owning, or transferring ammunition.
You have never been committed to any mental institution, or been adjudicated as mentally defective. You will not sell ammunition to any minor.
You cannot have ammunition shipped to a post office box.
You do not live in a state, city, or county that prohibits you from owning, purchasing, or transferring ammunition.
Customers who order ammunition in states prohibiting the order of ammunition will have their orders cancelled and a 5% restocking fee will be charged.
WE WILL NOT SHIP AMMUNITION TO THE FOLLOWING AREAS:

California — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to California.
Connecticut — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to Connecticut.
Alaska — No Sales. Ammunition must be shipped to a freight forwarder.
Hawaii — No Sales. Ammunition must be shipped to a freight forwarder.
Illinois — No sales to the city of Chicago or Cook County. All other Illinois residents must email us a copy of their FOID card in addition to their State ID. Ammunition must ship to an address on one of these ID's.
Massachusetts — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the state of Massachusetts.
Maryland — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to Maryland.
New York — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to New York.
New Jersey — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to New Jersey.
Washington D.C. — No sales. Echo 6 Weapons will not ship ANY items to the District of Columbia.

Hawaii — No magazines greater than 10 rounds. No AR or AK pistol sales.

Minnesota — The following firearms are prohibited in the state of Minnesota: GSG Rimfire pistols, Walther Rimfire Pistols, Cobra, Phoenix Arms, and Heritage Arms.
Ohio — No Mossberg 590 Shockwave or Remington Tac-14 shotguns.
Vermont — No rifle magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped as of April 13, 2018. No pistol magazines over 15 rounds effective immediately.
Washington D.C. — No sales.
Special Tax Notices

WashingtonWashington residents are required to pay sales or use tax on certain purchases. Washington law requires Washington purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Washington use tax return and pay any tax due. Visit dor.wa.gov/consumerusetax for more information. This notice is required by Engrossed House Bill 2163, section 205(2)(a)(i). Echo 6 Weapons is not required to, and does not, collect Washington sales or use tax. Under Washington law, purchases are not tax-exempt merely because a seller is not required to collect Washington’s tax. Washington law requires Washington purchasers to review untaxed purchases and, if any tax is owed, file a Washington use tax return and pay any tax due. Deerfield, Illinois Notice

Deerfield, Illinois has recently passed a ban on large capacity magazines and so called "assault weapons". Every citizen in Deerfield has until June 13, 2018 to remove, destroy, or sell the firearms described in this Ordinance (O-18-06). Due to the nature of the ordinance, Echo 6 Weapons will no longer ship magazines or firearms after June 1, 2018 if it falls within these categories. This would include AR rifles, completed receivers, or stripped receivers and all AK rifles. This would include other makes and models of these same firearm platform manufactured by other companies. Example: Colt AR-15 rifle. This will also include any AR or AK parts and pieces (i.e. AR rifle kit, build kit, or parts kit) Any magazines over 10 rounds for a pistol or rifle or shotgun magazines cannot be over 5 rounds will not be shipped.
